What is your shipping policy?

Orders are shipped daily via USPS ( Monday-Friday) at 10 A.M PST. Orders placed after this time will be shipping the following day. (currently we will be out of the office until April 7th, our next shipment will be after that date, thank you for your understanding)

What is your returns/ refund policy?

Returns for online orders are allowed only if there is a mistake made on our behalf and must take place within 14 days after the original shipment date in order to receive a credit in the original form of payment. Returns received more than 14 days after shipment date will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

If there is an error made on our behalf a refund will be made available to the buyer.
